IMPORTANT: This is a request for assistance, not a contract for service. There is no formal or implied guarantee of service, but every effort will be made to fulfill requests that are made based upon situational need, the type of assistance requested, available volunteers, volunteer skills, and volunteer safety considerations. This form may be completed by the Owner / Occupant of the residence or by phone bank operators, however the property / liability release must be signed by the property owner prior to any work being completed.

(Please note, services are intended to provide for access and cleanup of immediate surroundings for primary residences. Flood Cleanup provides for removal of damaged interior components to the exterior of the structure. Actual removal of debris is the responsibility of the property owner or is at the discretion of the local government from the public right away.)

Our Mission

To assist Harrison Co.’s most vulnerable residents in receiving home restoration support, in the aftermath of storms and other natural disaster events.

Services will be provided regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, creed, ancestry, national origin, color, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.

The LTRC is a local collaboration of non profit organizations dedicated to assisting individuals with disaster related needs, after the immediate relief efforts by MEMA County Emergency Management Offices are extended to the community.
